Israeli-Dutch AI startup Wonderful has secured $550 million in a Series C funding round, elevating its company value to $5 billion. This represents a significant increase, more than doubling the $2 billion valuation the company held just six months ago.

Insight Partners has returned to lead this investment cycle, joined by returning investors Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards, and Bessemer Venture Partners. Notably, Salesforce has participated in this round for the first time.

Since its inception in early 2025, Wonderful has experienced rapid growth. The company initially gained strong momentum through its customer service AI agent platform, which it customized for various non-English markets. Additionally, its strategy of deploying engineering teams directly with clients to integrate AI technology proved highly effective, resulting in operations spanning over 35 countries.

The startup's core offering has evolved recently. Moving beyond its customer service origins, Wonderful now provides a platform known as "Wonderful AI OS." This system aims to coordinate and connect agents, workflows, and AI applications with corporate data, context, and existing integrations. The platform supports various AI models and is compatible with diverse technology stacks.

"Customers can adopt whichever parts of the platform make the most sense, integrate them with existing systems, choose the best models for each workload, and retain ownership of everything they build," stated Roey Lalazar, CTO and co-founder.

Wonderful continues to rely on its forward-deployed engineers to swiftly embed its products within client organizations. This approach appears successful amidst the growing demand for professionals skilled in implementing AI services. The company plans to utilize the new capital to accelerate product development, expand its forward-deployed engineer teams, and satisfy the increasing market demand.
