Originally launched earlier this year to help users build personalized feeds using artificial intelligence, Bluesky has significantly expanded the capabilities of its Attie tool.

Bluesky's Attie AI tool has evolved from a feed-building utility into a platform for creating "small" social applications, including games, polls, and dashboards that function as standalone websites. During an interview at TechCrunch Disrupt, Bluesky CEO Toni Schneider described the service as "social vibe coding or vibe coding for your community."

Users can generate their own Attie applications simply by entering a text prompt. For instance, creating a simple poll comparing Pokémon Red and Pokémon Blue took only a few minutes. The Attie website showcases several examples of full-featured apps, such as the "Flappy Butterfly" Flappy Bird clone, a drum machine, a quiz, and an idle clicker featuring a celery man. Each app features a custom link on the attie.site domain and includes attribution to the creator at the bottom of the page. Despite being lightweight novelties, the experience was enjoyable, particularly the interactive drum machine.
