According to Afilings, this agreement grants Apple the ability to recruit staff and secure intellectual property from Huxe. The startup was founded by Jason Spielman, Raiza Martin, and Stephan Hughes, who previously spearheaded the design of Google's NotebookLM, which has since been rebranded as Gemini Notebook. Although Huxe was known for providing personalized AI-generated podcasts, it announced its closure in May, as reported by MacRumors.
