Delete Your AIChief Account

Option 1 — Delete from the mobile app

This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately.

1. Open the AIChief app and make sure you are signed in.
2. On the Home tab, tap your profile avatar in the top-right corner to open the Account screen.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Read the confirmation, then tap Delete Account again to confirm.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email privacy@aichief.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my AIChief account".

We verify that the request comes from the account owner, then delete the account and confirm by email. We action these within 30 days, and in practice much sooner.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the following. This cannot be undone.

• Your account record — email address, name, and password
• Your notification topic preferences
• Every push notification token registered to your account
• Your Google Sign-In link, if you used it

What we may keep, and why

• AI tool listings you submitted that are already published — These stay in the public directory because they are editorial content about a product, not personal information about you. Ask us and we will withdraw them too.
• Payment and tax records — If you purchased a listing or product, we are legally required to keep the transaction record for the statutory period.
