Auditoria.AI announced a series of major developments this week as it continues to push forward in the emerging field of autonomous finance. The San Jose–based company revealed progress across funding, product innovation, and industry partnerships, marking what it described as a defining first half of 2025.
The company secured $38 million in Series B financing earlier this year, bolstering its international expansion and product development. Its platform has now processed more than $3.3 billion in collections and $16.5 billion in invoicing annually, while supporting more than 300 languages and currencies. Auditoria also deepened integration across enterprise systems, adding compatibility with Oracle Cloud ERP and ServiceNow, and was named a founding partner in Workday’s AI Agent Partner Network.
The preview of SmartResearch, an enterprise finance AI agent designed for FP&A and strategic finance teams was also highlighted. Set to launch at Workday Rising 2025, the tool combines data from ERP, EPM, and FP&A systems with commercial financial data providers to provide natural language–driven analysis. Early users of the technology have reported significant efficiency gains, including faster forecasting cycles and improved discount capture.
Building on its global presence, Auditoria has expanded operations in Europe through its new data center in London, developed in combination with Amazon Web Services. The move is aimed at meeting compliance and data residency requirements while offering European customers more localized services. In addition, the company has scaled its use of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to optimize performance and cost efficiency for its AI agents.
Recognition from analysts and industry groups has reinforced the company’s trajectory. Auditoria was included in the 2025 DataTech50 list of top data innovators and acknowledged in two categories of Gartner’s Hype Cycle for AI in Finance, which identified agentic AI and AI-ready finance data as transformative technologies. The firm was also recognized for the sixth consecutive year on the Constellation ShortList for AI-driven cognitive applications.
Chief Executive Rohit Gupta framed these milestones as evidence of a broader shift toward AI-powered finance. He said the company’s strategy is to embed intelligence at the core of finance operations, giving teams the ability to move faster and make more informed decisions. With new partnerships, expanded infrastructure, and fresh funding in place, Auditoria is positioning itself to play a leading role in the evolution of finance automation.
