HubSpot Unveils Breeze: The Ultimate AI Solution for Businesses

At the Inbound conference, HubSpot launched Breeze, its groundbreaking AI solution designed to elevate its customer platform and boost operational efficiency.

“Until now, we haven’t seen a complete AI solution for businesses,” said Andy Pitre, EVP of product at HubSpot. “There are consumer AI solutions that are super accessible and give results in seconds, but they aren’t connected to your business or your data. On the other hand, enterprise AI solutions claim to be powered by unified data, but they’re hard to implement, have steep learning curves, and are slow to deliver results.”

Nicholas Holland, HubSpot VP of Product and GM of marketing portfolio stated that the reason for the change or advancement is to allow marketers to connect with customers that are worthy but hard to find.

“It’s getting harder and harder every year to reach an audience,” he said, pointing to a Gartner prediction that organic web traffic will decrease 25% because of AI. Also, “The actual customer journey itself is getting much more difficult to measure because it’s more fragmented. It is over a longer period.”

What makes Breeze stand out?

Breeze introduces Copilot, a versatile AI partner having personas for marketing, sales, and services. It also features four specialized bots—Content Agent, Prospecting Agent, and Customer Agent—and includes 80 new capabilities, enhancing its functionality.

HubSpot also unwrapped a data enrichment and buyer intent solution “Breeze Intelligent”.  It seamlessly integrates over 200 million buyer and company profiles into a company’s database and updates contact records in HubSpot’s smart CRM.

Additionally, HubSpot has updated its Marketing Hub and Content Hub to enhance content creation and repurposing. The new Content Remix feature uses AI to transform a single video into a comprehensive campaign, including clips, audio, and written content.

Revamping Video Content Across Channels

“It can create multiple blog posts off of a video, multiple emails, social posts, advertisements,” he said. “But then it can also slice and dice the video into YouTube shorts, TikTok shorts, and Instagram reels. It gives you all of the tools to do the editing of the umms and ahs and clean up the voice. It gives you all the stuff to do the captioning so that they look like those engaging social posts.”

To tackle long-standing issues with the lead scoring system, HubSpot introduces a new ‘Lead Scoring’ feature designed to enhance accuracy and effectiveness.

“People said that lead scoring was just dumb,” said Holland. “And it requires a PhD to figure out how to work within those constructs to make it do something.”

Holland stated the tool aims to accomplish two seemingly contradictory objectives:

  • Simple to Use: Designed for ease of use with a user-friendly interface.
  • Versatile Data Analysis: Allows for comprehensive analysis from various angles.
