Baidu recently celebrated the ‘Wenxin Mentor’ program with an inaugural meeting aboard the “Shanghai Star,” located beneath the iconic Oriental Pearl. The event brought together nearly a hundred experts and scholars from diverse fields such as technology, finance, culture, and education, highlighting a powerful collaboration in AI advancement.
This official launch marks a significant step forward for Baidu as it gathers top talent to enhance the development of large AI models. With insights from such a varied group, the ‘Wenxin Mentors’ program aims to cultivate innovation and drive transformative change across multiple industries.
Until now, 422 leading experts in a wide range of fields have participated in the program. They have played a crucial part in different areas like knowledge dissemination, outcome assessment, and feedback iteration to support the Wenxin large mode.
Although the ‘Wenxin Mentor’ program launched in December 2023, it continues to guide large models in specialized learning across various fields. The initiative is actively recruiting more leading experts to enhance the professionalism and quality of the Wenxin large model.
